Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stockwerk eines tollen Altbauhauses und hat etwa 103m². Es gibt in der Wohnung drei private Zimmer, von denen zwei über den Sommer vermietet werden. Dieses Zimmer hat etwa 21m², zwei hohe große Fenster, es ist also sehr hell. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind komplett möbliert. Du kannst alle Möbel wie Schrank, Schreibtisch etc, natürlich frei benutzen. Auch Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Shampoo etc, kannst du verwenden. Ich werde im Sommer eher sehr selten in Graz sein und will desshalb das Zimmer vermieten.
The flat is placed in the first floor and has about 103m². The Flat has 3 private room, and two of them can be rented over the summer (July, August, September). This room has about 21m², two big and high windows so the room is very light. It is fully furnished and you have enough space for clothing and other things. Also of course you can use fresh bedding and fresh towels and anything else you need. I won't be around much in the summer months so i would like to rent it out.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Geidorf, ein sehr ruhiges und schönes Viertel der Stadt. Innerhalb 3 Minuten sind die Busstationen zu erreichen, die dich überrall hinbringen. Außerdem kannst du innerhalb einer Minute ins Schwimmbad, zu Volleyballfeldern und grüne Flächen erreichen. Der Stadtpark ist 5 minuten Fußweg entfernt und die Innenstadt 10 bis 15 minuten. Die Karl-Franz-Universität ist zu Fuß innerhalb 15 minuten zu erreichen und die TU 20 Minuten. Falls du weit entferntere Strecken hinter dich legen willst kannst du auch mein Fahrrad benutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Spar, Billa und Pipa sind gleich um die Ecke.
The flat is located in Geidorf, a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Within 3 minute walk you can reach all bus stations that take you everywhere. Also, by foot within only one minute you can go to a very nice out door swimming pool, volleyball fields and other activities. The big city park is only a 5 minute walk away and the city centre about 10 to 15 minutes. The Karl-Franz-University is about 15 minutes away and the TU 20 minutes by foot. If you need to go somewhere more far, you can also use my mountain bike. Shopping places like Spar, Billa and Pipa are also located right around the corner.
In der Wohnung leben neben mir zwei weitere nette Mädels, die während der 3 Monate teilweise da sein werden, meist sind sie jedoch im Urlaub. Du hast die Wohnung also wahrscheinlich auch oft für dich. Unsere Wohnung ist sehr gemühtlich gestaltet und du wirst dich hier sicher sehr wohl fühlen :) Wir haben auch eine super nette Sitzecke mit Matratzen und Fernseher. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und du kannst ein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank beziehen. Falls du Lust auf neue Leute hast habe ich auch einige Freunde die teilweise über den Sommer da sind, die mit Sicherheit auch gerne was mit dir unternehmen.
I live in the flat with two other very nice girls, that will partly be here during the summer but they are also on vacation so probably you will have the flat to yourself most of the time. The flat is very comfortable and cozy and you will feel very welcome here for sure :) We also have a littly cozy corner with a TV and matrices. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a private shelf in the fridge. In case you want to meet some people, i have some friends that will be there during the summer, so you can just ask me for contacts.
