Das helle 20m² große Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Da die Wohnung im 13. Stock (2 Aufzüge) ist, hat man einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick über Graz. Direkt über der Wohnung befindet sich die gemeinschaftliche Dachterrasse, von der man ebenfalls den Ausblick genießen kann. Ich möchte das Zimmer gerne gegen eine Ablöse möbliert übergeben.//
The bright 20m² room has a large window and its own access to the balcony. As the flat is on the 13th floor (2 lifts), you have an incredibly beautiful view over Graz. Directly above the flat is the communal roof terrace, from which you can also enjoy the view. I would like to hand over the room furnished for a fee.
Die Wohung befindet sich im Stadtteil Geidorf in der Hilmgasse, d.h. du hast den Leechwald, Hilmteich und auch den Rosenhain für lange Spaziergänge in direkter Umgebung zur Verfügung. Die KFU und das LKH sind 5 Minuten und die MedUni ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt, weswegen die Lage Ideal für Studierende ist. Für den Einkauf befindet sich ein Billa gleich ums Eck und der nächste Spar ist auch in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Die Bim-/ Busstation für die Linien 1, 58 und 63 mit direkter Verbindung zum HBF und Jako sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung grenzt an keine Hauptstraße o.Ä., wodurch es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig ist//
The apartment is located in the Hilmgasse district of Geidorf, which means you have the Leechwald, Hilmteich and also the Rosenhain for long walks in the direct vicinity. The KFU and the LKH are 5 minutes away and the MedUni about 7 minutes by bike, which makes the location ideal for students. For shopping, there is a Billa just around the corner and the nearest Spar is also 5 minutes away by bike. The tram/bus station for lines 1, 58 and 63 with direct connections to the main station and Jako are a 3-minute walk away. The flat does not border on any main street or the like, which makes it very quiet in the flat.
Wir sind eine 3er WG mit Hund. Deine beiden WG Mitbewohner sind Tim und Anton mit seinem American Staffordshire, Baloo. Sie sind gute Freunde und studieren beide Geologie im dritten Semester. Beide sind sehr entspannte, unkomplizierte Typen und sind offen sich auch mal für einen WG Abend in der Küche zusammenzusetzen. Anton hat Baloo schon lange das Bellen abgewöhnt, also keine Angst es geht immer sehr ruhig in der WG zu. Baloo freut sich über intensive Kuschel- und Streicheleinheiten, aber natürlich auch nur, wenn du es möchtest.//
We are a 3-person flat share with a dog. Your two flatmates are Tim and Anton with his American Staffordshire, Baloo. They are good friends and are both studying geology in their third semester. They are both very relaxed, uncomplicated types and are open to sitting down together for an evening in the kitchen. Anton has long since stopped Baloo from barking, so don't worry it's always very quiet in the flat share. Baloo is happy to be cuddled and stroked intensively, but of course only if you want him to be.
