Das Zimmer selbst ist groß und geräumig, mit Platz zum tanzen, Yoga machen oder am Boden liegen. Ein großer Einbauschrank ist von der Vermieterin drinnen und ermöglicht sein komplettes Hab und Gut zu verstecken. Das Zimmer hat eine riesige Fensterfront und man blickt auf Bäume, Garten und die massive Villa der Botschaft von Kasachstan. Demnach ist es immerzu sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet zu jeder Jahreszeit.
Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit 2 Sofas und hat einen Balkon, welcher sich im Sommer zum Sonnenbaden bestens eignet. Bad und WC sind getrennt, beide zwar klein aber alles vorhanden und genügend Stauraum ist auch da. Zudem gibt es eine gemütliche Badewanne.
Die Küche sind voll ausgestattet und bietet auch Ess- und Sitzgelegenheit zum Kartenspiel oder gemeinsamen Essen. Da gibts übrigens noch einen zweiten Balkon.

The room ist big and spacious, with a lot of space to dance, do yoga and just lay on the floor. There is a huge built-in closet, which belong to the landlady and holds space for all your belongings. The room has a huge window, that shows trees, gardens and the amazing mansion of the embassy of Kasachstan. Therefor it is sunny and bright all year long.
The living room ist cosy and has two sofas and a balcony, which ist wonderful to sunbath and watch the sunset. Bath and toilet are separated and small, but everything is there and also there is enough storage space. Besides there is a bathtub!
The kitchen has everything one may need and also a table to sit, eat, drink beer or play cards. Furthermore there is the second balcony.
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar zwischen der Karl-Franzens-Universität und dem Hilmteich/Leechwald gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man direkt an der Straßenbahn 1 und 7 (Reiterkaserne) und in 5-10 an der Hauptuni, sowie an der Kunstuni, zur TU sind 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment ist wonderfully located between the Karl-Franzens-University and the woods/a small pond. By foot one is close to the tram 1 and 7. Walking to the Uni or the University of arts take about 5-10 minutes, the TU is like 5 minutes by bike away.
In den anderen beiden Zimmer leben: Camilo (30) kommt aus Chile und studiert Operngesang an der KUG. Er kocht viel und spricht Spanisch, Deutsch und Englisch. Victor (24) kommt aus Vorarlberg und ist Krankenpflegeschüler. Er ist immer für ein nettes Gespräch, ein Bier oder Kartenspiele zu haben. An sich ist es immer sehr gemütlich in unserer WG und das gemeinsame Leben findet in der Küche statt. So hat jede*r viel Raum und Platz in seinem/ihrem Zimmer sich auszubreiten.

In the other two rooms live: Camilo (30) comes from Chile and studies opera singing and the University of Arts. He loves to cook and speak Spanish, german and english. Victor (24) is from Vorarlberg and is in nursing school. He loves to chat, share a beer or play cards. Therefor it is always very relaxed and cosy in our apartment and our life together is mostly in the kitchen eating. Everyone has his own space to be creative and alone.

Das Zimmer kostet 330 plus 11 Euro Internet, da ist alles dabei (Heizung, Strom,...).
