wir sind Carola (23) und Christina (26) und studieren beide im Master Architektur hier im schönen Graz. Wir kommen aus Aachen und Osnabrück in Deutschland und Christina wird die WG leider ab März verlassen, da Sie ihre Masterthesis in Deutschland beginnt. Daher bietet sich euch die Möglichkeit in einer schönen 2-Zimmer Wohnung direkt neben dem Stadtpark einzuziehen.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15m² groß und durch die hohen Decken und großen Fenster sehr hell. Das Zimmer soll möbliert (für eine Abschlagszahlung) übernommen werden (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode). Die Sonne scheint (wenn sie scheint) von Morgens bis Abends in das Zimmer hinein, daher stört der fehlende Balkon auch keinesfalls. Die Küche und das Bad folgen dem Motto "Klein aber Fein".
Das Einzugsdatum ist variabel von Sofort bis Ende März.

we are Carola (23) and Christina (26) and we both study architecture in the beautiful city of Graz. We are both from Germany and unfortunately Christina leaves the appt. for good from March on. So you guys have the opportunity to live in the beautiful 2-rooms appartment next to the Stadtpark.
The room has 15m² and the high ceilings and big windows fully light up the room. The room comes with the furniture, so the bed, the desk and a cupborad are inside. If the sun is shining there is sunlight from dust til dawn in the room, thats why the non-existing balcony doesnt bother. The kitchen and bathroom follow the concept "small but cozy".
The moving in date is flexible from now to the end of march.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Geidorf, welches super zentral gelegen ist. Die Innenstadt ist ca 5min mit dem Rad entfernt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich die Straße hinunter in beide Richtungen (Hofer,Spar,Billa). Durch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür ist man auch innerhalb von 10min. am Hauptbahnhof und auch zur Uni ist es mit dem Rad nicht weit.
The appt. is located in the beautiful district Geidorf, which is very central. The city center is 5mins by bike and grocery shops are just down the road ( Hofer,Spar,Billa).
Because there si a bus station directly in front of the house we just need a max. of 10mins to the central station and the University is reachable in a few minutes.
Wir beiden unternehmen sehr viel zusammen vom Kaffee trinken über ein Weinchen im Park oder ein Bier in der im Erdgeschoss liegenden Bar ist alles dabei. Auch einen Spieleabend oder zusammen Kochen machen wir gern. Die täglichen Corona Spaziergänge dürfen bei uns natürlich auch nicht fehlen.
Wir leben ganz nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss", gerade in der Abgabenphase wird es als Architekturstudent auch mal stressig, da ist es meist etwas ruhiger in der WG.
We both do a lot of stuff together from drinking Coffee to a wine in the park or a beer in our bar on the ground floor level. We also love a game night or cooking together. The daily corona walks can not be missed as well.
Our motto is "Everything can, nothing must", especially in the final weeks an architecture student is super stressed, thus its a bit more quiet in the appt.
