Da ich leider das wunderschöne Graz verlassen werde, suche ich eine nette Nachmieterin/netten Nachmieter, dem ich ab November (oder nach Absprache schon früher) mein geliebtes Zimmer und meine Mitbewohner weitergeben darf.
Unsere WG befindet sich im ersten Stock in einer ziemlich großen Wohnung. Neben den vier Schlafzimmer, gibt es noch ein Gästezimmer mit Bett, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, Bad & WC (getrennt), einen Balkon und unsere Küche (mit Spülmaschine :) ) . Im Keller gibt es auch noch ein Kellerabteil und Platz zum Fahrräder abstellen. Waschmaschine gibts bei uns auch im Bad.
Das Zimmer selbst ist mit einem Bett (140cm), Schreibtisch, Regal und einer Kommode ausgestattet und schön hell.
Die WG ist für Studierende der KFU super gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 min beim nächsten Spar, in 5 min bei der Post, BILLA, BIPA, oder Apotheke und mit dem Fahrrad in 5-10 min in der Grazer Innenstadt. Bushaltestellen sind auch mehrere zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso das Margarethenbad. Das beste jedoch ist die Nähe zum Rosenhain, was sich super für Lockdown-Spaziergänge eignet.
In der WG wohnen Maya (26), Kerstin (25) und seit neuestem auch Klara (22). Maya macht gerade ihren Doktor in Linguistik, sammelt im Wald so ziemlich alles was man essen kann, tanzt gerne und spielt Gitarre. Kerstin und Klara studieren beide Psychologie (und zweifeln an ihrer Studienwahl :) ). Von ihnen lernt man alles mögliche über veganes Kochen und wie man anhand willhaben sein Zimmer auf Pinterest-Niveau einrichtet. Kerstin macht das leckerste Bananenbrot der Welt und bäckt (sowie Maya) regelmäßig Brot für die WG :)
Wir sitzen super gerne zusammen in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon und essen brav was Maya uns aus dem Wald mitgebracht hat :)

I'm looking for a new flatmate who's interested in sharing a large apartment near the KF university. We have a large living room, kitchen (inlc. dishwasher), balcony, bathroom (inlc. washing machine), seperate toilet, guest room and a storage room in the basement.
The flat is in the neighbourhood of the KF university and in walking distance to Spar (3 min), pharmacies, BILLA, BIPA, and a post office. By bike it takes app. 5-10 minutes to the city center and there are several bus stations in walking distance.
Your flatmates would be Maya (26, doing a PhD in linguistics), Klara (22), and Kerstin (25). Klara and Kerstin are both studying Psychology. We like cooking together, trying out new recipes, meeting up in the kitchen or living room for a chat, and often spent time in the living room and suffer together during studying and deadlines.
