Da ich ab August für fünf Monate im Ausland sein werde, wird dieses Zimmer in dieser Zeit zwischenvermietet. Das Zimmer wäre voraussichtlich von September bis einschließlich Dezember zu vermieten. Wenn das Zimmer im Jänner auch noch gebraucht wird, ist dies nach Absprache auch möglich.
Da ich wieder in die Wohnung zurückziehen werde, würde ich voraussichtlich alle Möbel (ohne Deko und Kleidung, damit man natürlich selbst genug Platz/Möglichkeit zum Einrichten hat) im Zimmer lassen.
Die Wohnung selbst hat 66 m2, das Zimmer ca. 14 m2. Das Zimmer kostet monatlich inkl. Strom und Internet ca. 328,50€.
Since I will be staying abroad for five months, this room will be temporarily rented out from September-December (however it's possible to extend the stay until the end of January if there’s need for that). Since I will be eventually coming back, I will leave the furniture (without decorations and clothes of course, so there’s room to decorate yourself).
The apartment has 66 m2, the room 14 m2 and costs about 328,50€ (including electricity and Wi-Fi).
Die Wohnung befindet sich einer ruhigen, grünen aber trotzdem relativ zentralen Lage in der Nähe der Keplerbrücke, mit ungefähr 15 Gehminuten zum Hauptplatz. Auch die Hauptuniversität (Karl-Franzens-Universität) ist mit dem Rad ca. 5-10 Minuten entfernt, ist aber auch mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Generell gibt es mehrere Straßenbahn- sowie Busverbindungen in unmittelbarer Reichweite der Wohnung. Sowohl ein Spar als auch ein Hofer befinden sich ebenso in Geh-Nähe. Weiters gibt es auch die Möglichkeit zur Mitbenutzung eines Gartens im Hinterhof.
Sowohl der Murradweg, als auch Schlossberg und Stadtpark sind gleich in der Nähe. Auch für fortgehbegeisterte Menschen eignet sich die Lage gut, da das Univiertel sowie einige andere Clubs in Geh- und Radfahrnähe sind ;)
The apartment is situated in a fairly green and quiet area, however with close proximity to the city centre. The main university can be reached within 5-10 minutes by bike but can also be easily reached by bus. Generally, there are many bus and tram stops all around the apartment. Both a Spar and a Hofer are easily reachable by foot. There’s also a shared garden which can be used by the entire apartment complex. If you are someone that enjoys going out, there are several clubs and pubs nearby which can also easily be reached either by foot or by bike ;)
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin heißt Helena, ist 27 Jahre alt und macht den Biotechnologie Master an der TU Graz. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie gern Sport, trifft sich mit Freunden und ist eine gesellige und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin.
Your future roommate is Helena. She’s 27 and studies Biotechnology at TU Graz. She enjoys doing sports, meeting with friends and is a social, easy-going roommate.
