Das Zimmer hat 15 qm und ist möbliert.
Es stehen Bett (160x200), ein großer Schrank, ein Schreibtisch, eine Kommode und Regale zur Verfügung.
Neben dem Zimmer ist noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit 30 qm vorhanden. Dazu kommt noch eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein getrenntes Klo.
The 15 sqm room is fully furnished with a bed, a big closet, a desk, a cabinet, and small shelves. The big living room is right next to the room, with a TV. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with the roommate.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt situiert. Sie ist direkt beim Hauptgebäude der Uni Graz.
Sowohl die Innenstadt, als auch Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bauernmarkt und Bank sind zwischen 2-7 Gehminuten entfernt.
Für Leute die das Nachtleben in Graz lieben, bis zu den nächsten Bars im Univiertel sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten.
Falls es doch etwas weiter weg gehen sollte befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Trotz der Zentralen Lage ist die Gasse sehr ruhig und somit kommt wenig Lärm von außen in die Wohnung rein, zudem die Fenster sehr gut isoliert sind.
The apartment is perfectly situated, right next to the University of Graz. Everything is within walking distance. The historic city center is a 7-10 min walk, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. For students who like partying the "Univiertel" is 2-3 blocks away. Everything else can be reached by bus or tram. Despite being in the middle of the city the street itself is quite.
Die WG wird mit einer medizinstudentin geteilt, die sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ist.
Falls Deutsch nicht die Muttersprache ist kann sie mit Englisch und Spanisch sehr gut aushelfen.
Die Beiden Schlafzimmer liegen jeweils am anderen Ende der Wohnung, so hat man möglichst viel Privatsphäre, die auch respektiert wird.
Es können Gäste eingeladen werden, der höflichkeitshalber fragen wir aber immer nach ob due andere Person nicht evt. eine Prüfung den nächsten Tag hat
The other roommate studies medicine. She is extremely friendly and will help you if you are in need of something. She speaks German, English, and Spanish fluently and knows French. Both the rooms are on the opposite side of the apartment, providing you with as much privacy as possible.
Bei den Einzugs- und Auszugszeiten bin ich flexibel. Es kann auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum sein als angegeben.
