In unserer super WG wird wieder ein Plätzchen frei :).
Das Zimmer hat 21.4m² (3.66m x 5.86m) plus 7m² Abstellkammer (1.20m x 5.86m) und ist durch seine 3 Fenster schön hell und gemütlich.
Durch den direkten Zugang zur Küche kann das Zimmer nochmal großzügiger genutzt werden. Es gibt außerdem zusätzlich zur Tür einen Schallschutzvorhang und wir bemühen uns natürlich (vor allem was Lärm angeht), auf alle Mitbewohner*innen Rücksicht zu nehmen!
Die Miete beträgt 404€. Dazu kommen nur noch Glasfaser-Internet (10€) und Haushaltsversicherung (3,70€).
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Geschoß (nicht Dachgeschoss) und hat einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Schlossberg, auf dem auch oft zusammengesessen und gegrillt wird. Wir haben eine sehr große Küche mit eigentlich allem was man braucht, einer Kücheninsel, einem großen Esstisch, genügend Stauraum, 2 Kühlschränken und 2 Gefrierkästen.
Durch 2 Bäder und ein extra WC gibt's in der Früh auch nie Probleme mit der Morgenwäsche ;)

In our super shared apartment there will be a place available again :).
The room has 21.4m² (3.66m x 5.86m) plus 7m² storage room (1.20m x 5.86m) and is bright and cozy thanks to its 3 windows.
With direct access to the kitchen, the room can be used even more generously. There is also a soundproof curtain in addition to the door and of course we try (especially when it comes to noise) to be considerate of all roommates!
The rent is 404€. In addition, there is only fiber optic internet (€10) and household insurance (€3.70).
Our apartment is on the top floor (not the attic) and has a large balcony with a view of the Schlossberg, where people often sit together and have a barbecue. We have a very large kitchen with everything you need, a kitchen island, a large dining table, enough storage space, 2 refrigerators and 2 freezers.
With 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet, our morning routines don't collide ;)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Humboldtstraße (Bushaltestelle Wormgasse/Grabenstraße), direkt ums Eck vom Stadtpark, 10 Gehminuten zur Karl-Franzens-Universität, 15 Gehminuten zum Hauptplatz. Mit den Bussen 58 und 63 ist man innerhalb von 8 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Spar und Billa sind zu Fuß und Hofer und DM mit dem Radl in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is located on the beautiful Humboldtstrasse (bus stop Wormgasse/Grabenstrasse), right around the corner from the Stadtpark, 10 minutes' walk to Karl-Franzens-Universität, 15 minutes' walk to the main square. With the buses 58 and 63 you are within 8 minutes at the main station.
Spar and Billa can be reached on foot and Hofer and DM by bike in 5 minutes.
DEUTSCH:
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG! Deshalb suchen wir auch nur Leute, die es ernst mit uns meinen.
Auch Erasmus-Menschen sind willkommen!
Wir sitzen gerne mal zusammen, trinken, kochen und grillen gemeinsam, sind für die eine oder andere Party und auch sonstige Späße zu haben.
Die WG war bisher bunt gemischt ausgeglichen - Mädls und Jungs, Studenten und Arbeitende - und das würden wir auch gerne wieder so in der Art weiterführen. Um das Gleichgewicht zu wahren, würden wir eine Frau vorziehen, sagen aber natürlich nicht gleich zu jedem Mann nein, wenn du gut zu uns passt ;)
Die Mitbewohner sind:
ein experimentierfreudiger Physiker, eine genussliebende Historikerin, ein wanderlustiger Biologe, eine umsichtige Physikstudentin und ein tatkräftiger Elektrotechniker. Wie ihr seht, ein bunter Haufen an liebenswürdigen Leuten.

We are not a purpose flat share! That's why we're only looking for people who are serious about us.
Erasmus people are also welcome!
We like to sit together, drink, cook and have a barbecue together, are up for one or the other party and other fun.
So far, the flat share has been a mixed bag of equals - girls and boys, students and workers - and we would like to continue it in the same way. To keep the balance, we would prefer a woman, but of course we don't say no to every man if you're a good fit for us ;)
The roommates are:
a physicist who enjoys experimenting, a hedonistic historian, a biologist who enjoys hiking, a prudent physics student and an energetic electrical engineer. As you can see, a colorful bunch of lovely people.
