We live on about 100 m² and your room would be around 21m². If you want I could sell you some of the furniture in my room so you don’t have to buy everything new!
Die Wohnung liegt in sehr guter und ruhiger Lage am Geidorfgürtel, direkt gegenüber dem ReSoWi. Direkt um die Ecke ist die Haltestelle zur Busverbindung 31 und auch die Buslinien 41, 58, 63, fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe los.
The flat is in a very calm zone but still 5-10 walking minutes from the „Uni-Viertel“ where most clubs are located. It is also very near to the University KF, if you run you can be there in under a Minute ;D Also the TU is not far away (around 5-10min by bike) and the PH is in the other direction but also around 10min away. Alot of busses pass here in this zone so you will reach the trainstation easily and we also have several grocery stores in our neighbourhood.

Ich ziehe aus und suche nach einem tollen neuen WG-Mitglied für meine aktuellen Mitbewohnerinnen. Sie sind beide sehr herzliche Menschen und legen Wert auf ein harmonisches Zusammenleben. Sie freuen sich auf jemanden mit Lust auf gemeinsame Koch-/Film-/Spieleabende. Allgemein sind siegerne draußen in der Natur zum Spazieren oder Picknicken (Von der Wohnung aus ist der Leechwald und der Rosenhain schnell erreichbar!!). Sollte das Wetter nicht passen sitzen sie auch gerne einfach nur zusammen bei Tee, Kaffee oder Wein und quatschen.

I will move out of my flat, so if you search for some room for your Erasmus stay this would be perfect because the contract ends next summer. I always got on really well with my roommates and we were kind of a little family so I am looking for someone who wants to integrate and not just a sleeping place.
About the „WG-life“: Both girls are very open-minded and chatty girls who like to cook together, watch a film, or just chill an chat with a glas of wine. We live very near to a little forest so going for a walk ar having a picnic is also always an option!
