Mein Zimmer hat eine Größe von 25 m2 und geht Richtung Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist super ruhig, sogar ruhiger als bei mir zuhause am Land. Es ist weiters sehr gut aufgeteilt, womit du genug Platz hast. Einfach bei den Fotos anschauen. Ich habe zum Beispiel von eine Boulderwand eingebaut ins Zimmer und habe dort noch genügend Platz gehabt
Öffis in weniger als 1 Minute erreichbar.

Viel was besseres findet man nicht in Graz, vor allem um den Preis

Momentan wohne ich mit Marco (30) in der 3er WG. Zuvor war noch Lea hier, aber sie mit ihren Freund zusammengezogen und konnten somit ihr Zimmer über den Sommer noch frei behalten. Dieses wird jedoch auch noch in einer weiteren Anzeige hochgeladen.
WG ist super chillig. Haben eine Putzplan und es ist wirklich sehr angenehm in der Wohnung.
