Willkommen zum "Dachschloss", wie wir unsere beliebte WG nennen. Zurzeit ist bei uns ein Zimmer frei und wird noch mein Zimmer frei sein ab März 2023 bis Ende September 2023 (Daten flexibel & verhandelbar). Ich fahre nach Kroatien für das Semester, deswegen suchen ich eine(n) Nachmieter.In für begrenzten Zeitraum. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, voll ausgestatten und möbliert, wie gesagt ideal für (Erasmus) Studenten der Universität Graz. Falls du das Zimmer leer brauchst kann auch geregelt werden. Auch wenn du dich nur für das Sommersemester interessierst, falls du ein Erasmus Student bist, melde dich und wir können die Details besprechen. TU und Kunstuni befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Harte Fakte:
- großes, ruhiges und sonniges Zimmer in 8010 Geidorf
- all inclusive Miete (inklusive Strom, Heizung, Internet, Haushaltsversicherung, etc.): 425€

Welcome to the "Dachschloss", as we call our lovely flat. We currently have one room available and my room will still be available from March 2023 to the end of September 2023 (dates flexible and negotiable). I'm going to Croatia for the semester, so I'm looking for a new tenant for a limited period of time. The room is very bright, fully equipped and furnished, as said ideal for (Erasmus) students of the University of Graz. If you need the room completely empty, this can also be arranged. Even if you are only interested in the summer semester, in case you are an Erasmus student, get in touch and we can discuss the details.

-Kunstuni befindet sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
- 6 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Jakominiplatz
- 6 Minuten mit dem Rad zur neuen Technik
- Supermarkt um die Ecke, 5 Minuten zu Fuß
- Das Herz der Studenten, Zinzendorfgasse aber auch das beruhmte Uni Viertel mit dem Klubs
sind beide 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Location:
-Kunstuni is also in the immediate vicinity.
- 6 minutes by bike to Jakominiplatz
- 6 minutes by bike to the University of Technology
- Supermarket around the corner, 5 minutes walk
- The heart of the students, Zinzendorfgasse but also the famous university quarter with the clubs
are both 5 minutes walk.
- Tolle Mitbewohnerin Katrin (dazu erfährst du mehr während der (Online) Besichtigung. Für jetzt reicht es zu sagen dass die Kat mit der du zusammen wohnen wirst eine gesellige Person ist, studiert Soziologie und arbeitet mit Kindern. Dazu kommen die Backenskills ;). Die dritte Person ist noch zu finden. Falls du jemanden schon kennst der auch auf der Suche ist und mit dem du gern wohnen würdest sag uns Bescheid. Details über das Zusammenleben können wir gern in Person besprechen.
- Great roommate Katrin (you will find out more about this during the (online) visit. For now, suffice it to say that Kat, who you will live with is a sociable person, studies sociology and works with children. In addition, she has amazing baking skills ;). The third person is yet to be found. If you already know someone who is also looking and with whom you would like to live, let us know. We are happy to discuss details about the flat's everyday life in person.
Hunde und Katzen sind mehr als willkommen! Dennoch derzeit gibt's bei der WG keine Vierbeine.
Zusammen mit dem Zimmer kommt natürlich auch mein Rad, das du frei nutzen kannst so lang ich weg bin :)
Dogs and cats are more than welcome! Nevertheless, there are currently no four-legged friends in the apartment.
Along with the room comes my bike, which you can use freely as long as I'm away :)
