Welcome to the "Dachschloss", as we call our lovely flat. We currently have one room available. The room is recently painted, very bright, and partially furnished with a chair, a desk, a bed and shelves. The University of Graz, the Technical University and the University of arts are all closeby.

Lage zentral, grün und überraschend ruhig (fast keine Autos zu hören!).
-Karl-Franzens Universität, Technische Universität und Kunstuni befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
- 6 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Jakominiplatz
- 6 Minuten mit dem Rad zur neuen Technik
- Supermarkt um die Ecke, 5 Minuten zu Fuß
- Das Herz der Studenten, Zinzendorfgasse aber auch das beruhmte Uni Viertel mit den Klubs
sind beide 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Location is central but still "green" and very quiet: (you can hardly hear any cars!)
-University of Graz, Technical University and University of arts are also in the immediate vicinity.
- 6 minutes by bike to Jakominiplatz
- 6 minutes by bike to the University of Technology
- Supermarket around the corner, 5 minutes walk
- The heart of student life, Zinzendorfgasse but also the famous university quarter with the clubs
are both 5 minutes walk away
WG-Leben
- Tolle Mitbewohnerin Katrin (dazu erfährst du mehr während der (Online) Besichtigung. Für jetzt reicht es zu sagen dass die Kat mit der du zusammen wohnen wirst eine gesellige Person ist, hat Soziologie studiert und arbeitet mit Kindern. Dazu kommen die Backskills ;). Die zweite Person ist Mariana, die momentan an ihrer Masterarbeit schreibt. Details über das Zusammenleben werden wir gern in Person besprechen :)
- Great roommate Katrin (you will find out more about this during the (online) visit. For now, it suffices to say that Kat, who you will live with is a sociable person, studied sociology and works with children. In addition, she has amazing baking skills ;). The second person is Mariana, who is currently working on her masters thesis.
Hunde und Katzen sind mehr als willkommen! Dennoch derzeit gibt's bei der WG keine Vierbeiner.
Dogs and cats are more than welcome! Nevertheless, there are currently no four-legged friends in the apartment.
