Hallo, meine Freundin wird im kommenden Sommersemester ein Erasmussemester antreten, weshalb in diesem Zeitraum in unserer Wohnung ein Platz frei wird.

Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, welcher in einen schönen Innenhof blicken lässt. Durch den Innenhof ist es in der Wohnung außerdem sehr ruhig und man nimmt keinen Straßenlärm wahr.
Dein Zimmmer wäre das Zimmer in dem zurzeit noch mein PC steht (siehe Bilder). Es hat eine Größe von 12 m^2 und wird ausgeräumt bevor du ankommst. Nur der Schreibtisch bleibt stehen, den du dann benutzen kannst. Wenn du willst, kann ein Bett zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Ich wäre dann in dieser Zeit dein Mitbewohner. Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere Physik und Mathematik auf Lehramt im 5. Semester.
Bei Interesse schreibt mich einfach an dann kann ich dir auch mehr Informationen/Fotos von der Wohnung geben. Ich freu mich auf euch, ErasmusstudentInnen sind gerne willkommen.

Our Flat has a balcony. It is very quiet in the Flat because of a patio which gives enough distance to the road.
Your Room is the one in which my PC is standing right now (refer to the Pictures). It has an Area of 12 m^2 and ist going to be empty exept for the desk and a bed.
I would still be living in the flat as well and be your roommate. I am 22 years old and studie physiks and mathematiks to become a teacher.
