Wir suchen für unsere WG eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) ab Anfang März.
Das helle, 18 qm große Zimmer ist mit einem schönen Parkettboden ausgestattet und wird teilmöbliert übergeben (Bett, Kasten, Tisch, Sessel, Kommode). Die Miete würde sich auf 340 Euro (warm und mit Internet) belaufen und eine Kaution von 680 Euro wäre zu hinterlegen.
Die geräumige Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine;..).Die Zimmer sind jeweils durch den Vorraum getrennt. Wir haben ein neues großes Bad, getrenntes WC, einen Abstellraum und eine herrliche Aussicht über ganz Graz.

We are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat at the beginning of march.
The bright, 18 square meter room is equipped with a beautiful parquet floor. The rent would be 340 euros (all included) and a deposit of 680 euros. The spacious apartment is equipped with everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher;..).
The rooms are separated by the anteroom and we have a new big nice bathroom, separate toilet, a storage room and a beautiful view across graz.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer perfekten Lage: sowohl zur Uni als auch in die Innenstadt brauchst du ca. 5 min. mit dem Fahrrad. Die Bushaltestelle (Franckstraße) und das Freibad mit Beachvolleyball ist 1 min zu Fuß von der Haustür entfernt. Gleich mehrere Supermärkte (Spar, Billa) sind in 3-5 min Fußweg zu erreichen.
The apartment is perfectly located: you need 5 min to the university or the city center by bike. The bus stop (Franckstraße) and the open-air-bath with Beachvolleyball is 1 min walking form the front door. Several supermarkets (Spar, Billa) can be reached in 3-5 minutes.
Deine Mitbewohner Anita, Vincenz und Tom arbeiten, sind sehr kommunikativ und lustig. Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich entspannt: Sofern sich etwas ergibt gehen wir zusammen was trinken oder sitzen am Abend entspannt bei einem Glas Wein zusammen. Wenn man sich von einem anstrengenden Tag ausruhen möchte, ist es natürlich auch problemlos möglich sich zurückzuziehen. In jedem Fall wünschen wir uns, dass unser(e) neue(r) MitbewohnerIn offen dafür ist hin und wieder etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen, sei es "nur" nett in der Küche zu plaudern oder was trinken gehen.
You live with Anita, Vincenz und Tom. Living in our shared apartment is relaxed: If something arises, we go out for drinks or have a chat over a glass of wine. But we all enjoy relaxing in our rooms after long days at work as well. We hope that our new roommate is open to have a nice chat in the kitchen every now and then or have a drink.
