Die Möbel bleiben. Du würdest ein sehr bequemes Bett, Schrank, Tisch, großer Stuhl, lazy bags, schöne tepisch und komode haben.
The room is big and very bright due to the balcony and the window.
The furniture stay. You would have a very comfortable bed, closet, table, large chair, lazy bags, beautiful carpet, and commode.

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und niedlich.
Die nächstgelegenen Stationen sind für Busse 30, und 39 zu (2 Minuten), und 63 und 58 zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Wohnung ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß von Karl-Franzens Uni und Stadtpark, und 15 von KUG.
Neben unserer Straße befindet sich ein schöner Hügel, ideal zum Spazierengehen.
1 Minute von unserem Haus entfernt gibt es BILLA und SPAR, und 5 Minuten entfernt gibt es einige Bars, Kneipen, Restaurants und Fastfoods.
The neighborhood is very quiet and cute.
The nearest stations are for buses 30, and 39 (Jakomini) are 2 minutes away, and 63 and 58 to the main train station are 6 minutes away.
The apartment is 7 minute's walk from Karl-Franzens Uni and Stadtpark, and 15 from KUG.
Next to our street, there is a beautiful hill, ideal for walking.

Ich habe mehr als 2 Jahre mit Ondrej zusammengelebt, und ich kann sagen, dass er ein sehr lustiger Junge ist, der gerne kocht und tolle Pizzen macht! Er studiert Klavier an der KUG, und er ist ein ziemlich ruhiger Mitbewohner, der gerne allein ist, aber auch gerne Zeit am Abend mit Freunden und Mitbewohnern verbrint.
I lived with Ondrej for more than 2 years, and I can say that he is a very funny boy who loves to cook and make great pizzas! He studies piano at KUG, and he is a pretty quiet roommate who likes to be alone but also likes to spend time in the evening with friends and roommates.
