Da unsere derzeitige Mitbewohnerin bald auszieht, suchen wir hiermit jemanden neuen in unserer wunderschönen Wohnung. :)
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß (23m2) und ist nicht möbliert. Die Fenster gehen in den Hof als ist es sowohl unter Tags als auch in der Nacht schön ruhig.
Unsere Wohnung ist auch sehr groß, wir haben alle große Zimmer und einen langen Gang, Badezimmer getrennt von der Toilette mit 2 Waschbecken und großer Wanne/Dusche
Unsere Küche ist toll ausgestattet, da wir gerne kochen und wir haben auch eine super praktische Speis.
Das Highlight ist definitiv unser Balkon den wir mit einem Palettensofa, Tisch mit Stühlen ein paar Pflanzen und unserem heißgeliebten Gasgrill ausgestattet haben. Hier lässt es sich in den wärmeren Monaten wirklich sehr gut aushalten 😎
Unsere Mitbewohnerin würde auch gerne ein paar ihrer Möbel (andere als auf den Bildern, da Moritz in ihr altes Zimmer zieht), wenn benötigt, weitergeben. Bei Bedarf kann ich hier gerne Fotos vermitteln.
Es gibt auch eine Kaution für unser Paletten Sofa, Griller und Kühlschrank, die beläuft sich auf ca. 200 Euro, die bekommt man aber gegebenenfalls nach dem Ausziehen wieder zurück :)

As our current roommate will be moving out soon, we are now looking for someone new to join us in our beautiful apartment. :)
The room is quite large (23m2) and comes unfurnished. The windows face the courtyard, making it pleasantly quiet both during the day and at night.
Our apartment is also very spacious, featuring large rooms and a long hallway. The bathroom is separate from the toilet and includes two sinks, as well as a large tub/shower. Our kitchen is well-equipped, as we enjoy cooking, and we also have a super convenient pantry.
The highlight is definitely our balcony, which we have furnished with a pallet sofa, a table with chairs, some plants, and our beloved gas grill. It's a great place to hang out, especially during the warmer months. 😎
Our current Flatmate would also like to pass on some of her furniture (different from what is shown in the pictures since Moritz is moving into her old room). If needed, I can provide photos here.
There is also a deposit for our pallet sofa, grill, and refrigerator, which amounts to approximately 200 Euros. However, you may get this back after moving out :)
Die Lage ist perfekt:
-5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptplatz
-Viele Öffis direkt vor der Haustür (Geidorfplatz)
-Parkplätze gibt es immer genug
-Der Rosenhain und Hilmteich sind nicht weit entfernt und auch zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen gibt es mehr als genug in unmittelbarer nähe.
-Achja, die KF ist quasi vor der Haustüre
-Coole Bars gibt es auch direkt ums Eck
The location is perfect:
-5 minutes on foot from the main square
-Plenty of public transportation right at the doorstep (Geidorfplatz)
-There are always enough parking spaces
-The Rosenhain and Hilmteich are not far away, and there are more than enough options for shopping and dining in the immediate vicinity.
-Oh, and the university (KF) is practically right outside the front door.
-Cool bars are also just around the corner.
Deine zwei Mitbewohner sind Moritz, 27 (Studiert Maschinenbau und arbeitet) und ich, 27 (studiere Produktionsmanagement und arbeite)
Unser WG Leben ist sehr gemütlich! Uns ist es wichtig, gut miteinander auszukommen und wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, der auch eingehalten wird. Unsere Wohnung is meistens sehr sauber.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck WG, wir sitzen gerne auch mal am Balkon oder der Küche zusammen und Spielen, Trinken was, Kochen gemeinsam oder quatschen einfach.
Mittlerweile arbeiten alle ziemlich viel und die Zimmer sind super groß, man hat also auch genug Platz um sich zurückzuziehen, wenn man will. Jedoch findet sich auch immer jemand wenn man mal etwas unternehmen will. Wir haben auch beide ein Auto also machen wir auch gern mal längere oder weitere Ausflüge!
Your two roommates are Moritz, 27 (studying mechanical engineering and working), and myself, 27 (studying production management and working).
Our shared living experience is very cozy! It's important for us to get along well, and we have a weekly cleaning schedule that we stick to. Our apartment is usually very clean. We are definitely not a purely functional shared apartment; we enjoy spending time together on the balcony or in the kitchen, playing games, having a drink, cooking together, or just chatting.
At this point, everyone is quite busy with work, and the rooms are very spacious, so there's plenty of space to retreat if needed. However, you can always find someone if you want to do something together. We both have a car, so we also enjoy longer or more distant trips!
