Ich suche ab Anfang Oktober eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner(in) für das zweite Schlafzimmer in 2er WG nahe Spar am Lendplatz. Die Wohnung ist 78m2 bestehend aus Vorraum, Küche mit Einbauküche, Bad (Dusche, WC, WB), gemeinschafts Wohnzimmer (30m2) und 2 Schlafzimmer.
Das Schlafzimmer zu vermieten ist 22m2, ruhig und hell.
Ich freue mich über jemand mit dem/der ich ab und zu etwas unternehmen und abends a bissl quatschen kann aber deine Ruhe hast du auf alle Fälle, weil ich nicht so oft zu Hause bin.
Die wäre eine entspannte, angenehme WG wobei Besucher/innen und gelentliche Feier alles willkommen wäre.
MIETE: 442,50€ im Monat, inkl. BK, Internet, Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser und Versicherung.
KAUTION: 1000€
ABLÖSE: 200€ (neue Waschmaschine und Wohnzimmermöbel)
