Furnished room on the ground floor in villa in Waltendorf with big shared (with roommates only) garden, spacious living room, garage and driveway. You will share the kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with three of the four roommates. The room is freshly painted and fully furnished.
The house is located in Waltendorf, 10 minutes walk from the nearest bust stop at Waltendorfhaubtstrasse, 15 minutes cycling from city center and 10 minutes to several universities. The neighborhood is very quit and the house is not directly next to the street due to our long driveway.
You will share the house with Maarten and Joram, both from the Netherlands and recently started working for AVL. Matias who is from Chile and is working to become a doctor in Austria and Tizian from Germany who recently started working for Mercedes-Benz G here in Graz. We often hang out in the living room or in the garden and are looking for someone who would like to participate.
The rental price of 380 euro is an all-inclusive price and thus includes utilities and WIFI etc. and the deposit is €300. If you are interested or have any questions please feel free to contact us by phone, or on this add.
