Since I'm moving in with my wife, my beautiful room will soon be vacant.
The room is 17m ², has a parquet floor, is fully furnished, but we can still talk about that.
The apartment itself is about 67m2 and consists of a kitchen, bathroom and 3 rooms.
The kitchen is only a few years old, fully equipped, from this you can also get to the balcony which is directed towards the inner courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and has daylight.
The apartment is located on Klosterwiesgasse, only about 5 minutes (by foot) from the new technology and 10 minutes from Jakominiplatz. To Lidl /Hofer you need about 3 minutes by Bike, Spar is just around the corner.
At the moment 2 TU students live in the shared flat - Mihail and Numan. Both are very sociable, but also allow you a lot of free time when you need it. For one or the other drink in the evening, both are available.
Living in a shared apartment is very uncomplicated and harmonious, there is a cleaning schedule, but attempts are also made to keep everything clean in between. Pets are not allowed in the flat share.
Everything is included in the € 290 (electricity, internet).
