Ab 1.Juli wird im Grazer Citycenter ein 13 m2 Zimmer in unserer WG frei.

Unsere 92m2 Wohnung empfängt dich mit einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich (von dem aus dein Zimmer erreichbar ist) und führt in einen einladenden Wohn-/ Essbereich, Bad mit getrenntem WC, einen Abstellraum und einem zweiten kleinen Vorraum, der zu den zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern führt.

As of July 1, a 13 m2 room in our shared apartment will be available in the Grazer Citycenter.

Our 92m2 apartment welcomes you with a spacious entrance area (from which your room is accessible) and leads into an inviting living/dining area, bathroom with separate toilet, a storage room and a second small anteroom leading to the two additional bedrooms.

- Your room is facing a greened underground garage roof, so despite central location, no one looking into your window
- Basically no noise pollution, neither from nor for us, because the apartment is located above a restaurant + has thick walls, so music or the washing machine can also run bit later and longer

Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Klara (25) und Selina (26), wir arbeiten und studieren beide auf der TU in den Bereichen Enzymologie und Architektur. Wir lassen gern zusammen den Tag mit Movienights oder gemeinsamen Kochen ausklingen, es wird aber auch komplett akzeptiert, wenn mal wer Me-time braucht oder einfach in Ruhe lernen will. Damit ein Zusammenleben gut funktioniert ist uns wichtig, dass die Wohnung neat and clean gehalten wird, soll heißen, dass Kochchaos nach dem Essen weggeräumt wird und regelmäßig gestaubsaugt etc. wird, wir laufen aber auch niemandem mit der Lupe nach. 🙈

Da wir eine internationale Mädelsrunde sind, wärs gut, wenn du dich mit Englisch als WG-, und Netflixsprache wohlfühlst. (Klara kommt aus Kroatien, Selina ist Ösi). 🇬🇧🇭🇷🇦🇹

Your new roommates are Klara (25) and Selina (26), we both work and study at TU in the fields of Enzymology and Architecture. We like to end the day together with movie nights or cooking, but it is also completely accepted if someone needs me-time or just wants to study in peace. In order to live together it is important to us that the apartment is kept neat and clean, meaning that cooking messes are cleaned up after meals and it gets vacuumed regularly etc., but we also don't run after anyone with a magnifying glass. 🙈

Since we are an international group of girls, it would be good if you feel comfortable with English as the language of the WG and Netflix. (Klara is from Croatia, Selina is Austrian). 🇬🇧🇦🇹🇭🇷

- du kannst gerne Bett und Schreibtisch for free haben, der Rest zieht leider um, sorry
- die Wohnung ist von Gschirrhangerl bis Tuppergschirr und Waschmaschine ausgestattet

- darüber können wir uns aber auch noch sehr gerne unterhalten und finden bestimmt eine
Lösung, am Datum solls nicht scheitern

- you are welcome to keep bed and desk for free, the rest is unfortunately moving, sorry - the apartment is equipped from dishtowel to Tupperware and washing machine
