The 80 m² apartment is reached via an inner courtyard and consists of 3 separately accessible rooms (2 large, one smaller). Original herringbone parquet in the large rooms. The apartment has been renovated.

- Anna, student at the Art University in Graz, originally from Latvia. Anna speaks English and more and more German, she lives in the apartment for ~ 2 years.
Rent furnished including operating costs + heating + electricity + internet = 350 EUR all inclusive.
