The apartment is shared with 3 other people and the common areas include: a 15 m2 kitchen with a balcony of 5 m2, a vestibule of 14 m2, a bathroom, a toilet and a storeroom. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor and the building has space for parking bicycles inside.
Location: 7min from Griesplatz by foot. The transport connections are very good. There is a bus stop just a minute away, from where you can reach Jakominiplatz in a few minutes. You can also walk to the next BIM stop (Roseggerhaus) in about 8 minutes.
Cost: The rent is 420€ including all costs (running costs, heating, electricity, house insurance and Wi-Fi). The deposit is 840€.
