Neat and bright 17m² Altbau room, 2 Windows, parquet floor, central heating. The room will be rented empty. I am leaving, because I found an affordable Flat basically next to where I work :)
Es wird auch ein zweites Zimmer mit 24m² frei.

Du wirst die Wohnung mit Georg teilen, einem Arzt im praktischen Jahr. Eine weitere Mitbewohnerin wird bald ausziehen, also kannst du mit Georg gemeinsam die WG neu gestalten :). Die freien Zimmer liegen nebeneinander, das heißt es wäre auch für Freunde oder ein Paar möglich, beide Zimmer zu mieten.
Die Wohnküche und den Balkon teilt ihr und ich würde das Zusammenleben als sehr respektvoll und entspannt bezeichnen. Jeder kann für sich sein, aber je nach Lust Laune trifft man sich auf ein Bier oder zum kochen. Alles kann, nichts muss ;). Das Zimmer ist ab 1. März verfügbar.

You will share the apartment with Georg, a doctor in his practical year. Another flatmate will be moving out soon, so you can redesign the flat share together with Georg :). The two free rooms are next to each other so it would also be suited for a couple or friends.
You will share the kitchen and balcony and I would describe living together as very respectful and relaxed. Everyone can be on their own, but depending on your mood, you can meet up for a beer or to cook. Everything can happen, nothing has to ;). The room will be available from 1st March.
Es gibt einen Innenhof, der gemeinschafltich genutzt wird, sowie ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
