Es ist fertig möbliert (Schreibtisch, Schrank, Bürosessel, 2 Regale und Bett) und befindet sich in einer netten 3er WG im Hochparterre eines 7 stöckigen Hauses (inkl. Lift).
Das Fenster ist westseitig ausgerichtet.
Waschmaschine und Trockner, sind allgemein nutzbar und befinden sich im Dachgeschoß des Hauses.
