Dein Zimmer hat ca 16m² und hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: ein 140er Bett, Ikea Kastl, Kleiderstange und Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (87m²), vorallem haben wir ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer - mit Esstisch, Couch Ecke und Netflix. Auch die Küche ist super gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man für wilde Kochsessions braucht. Von der Badewanne aus hat man fast einen Blick auf den Schlossberg.
Your room has about 16m² and its own access to the balcony. It is fully furnished! Bed, a shelf, clothes rack and desk.
The flat is pretty big (87m²), especially the living room is very cozy - with dining table. couch corner and netflix. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for wild cooking sessions. From the bathtub you almost have a very nice view over Schlossberg.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Südtirolerplatz/Kunsthaus, super zentral!
Man findet quasi alles direkt vor der Haustür - Straßenbahn, Cafes, Bars, Supermarkt, .....
Ganz Graz ist in wenigen Gehminuten oder Radlminuten erreichbar. Zur KF Uni fährt man mit dem Rad 10 Minuten. Um die Ecke ist auch noch ein Schwimmbad. :-)
The flat is located in the very center of Graz. You can find everything you need just around the corner - cafes, bars, supermarkets and public transfer. To the KF university it takes you just 10 min by bike. Nearby there is also a public swimming pool!
Du würdest mit mir, Priska, zusammenleben. Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere an der Kunstuni Bühnengestaltung. Ich liebe Himbeersaft, Marillenmarmelade und Spinat. Ich freu mich über jemanden, der auch gerne zusammen kocht und gern mal auf ein Bier oder Glässchen Wein zusammensitzt! :-)

Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum sind flexibel. Gerne auch für kürzere Dauer! Man kann sich alles ausmachen.
