Room has nice wooden parquet floor and two windows viewing street with some trees. Room is not furnished. Very spacious and light shared living room, fully furnished (including TV set with Netlfix). Sonniges und sehr geräumiges Altbauzimmer (25m2) mit Parkett in einer 3erWg zu vermieten. Der Augarten ist gleich ums Eck, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. 10 min zu Fuß und man ist im Zentrum. Gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit TV (Netflix vorhanden) und großem Esstisch samt gemütlicher Couchlandschaft. Falls benötigt steht auch ein trockenes Kellerabteil (ca8m2) zur alleinigen Benutzung zur Verfügung. Ab März 2020 besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung zu übernehmen und Hauptmieter zu werden. The flat is in close proximity to the large and nice Graz Augarten Park and it is possible to walk and sit along the river. It is only 10 min. walking distance to the center and 5 min to supermarkets. The buses are 3 min. from the house. There are a lot of shops, fast foods and good restaurants 6-7 min. from the house.
The flat provides enough of privacy but if you feel like having a chat with friendly flatmates you may meet them in the nice spacious living room.
Wenn Gesellschaft erwünscht besteht die Möglichkeit sich mit zwei netten Mitbewohnern zu unterhalten, fernzusehen (Netflix vorhanden) usw., falls nicht, so ist es in dieser WG auch kein Problem sich zurückzuziehen und seine Ruhe zu haben.

Das Zimmer läuft bis März als Untermiete, danach kann man bei Interesse der, oder einer der Hauptmieter werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung ist sehr unkompliziert und sie sind des weiteren sehr hilfsbereit.
