Die Wohnung befindet sich im 10. Stock, mit dreiseitig umlaufender Terrasse (Nord, Ost, West).
Die 12m² Küche ist Richtung Osten, das 24 m² Wohnzimmer Richtung Westen orientiert. Bad (7m²) und WC sind getrennt. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum und eine Speisekammer.
Das Zimmer ist 17 m² und hat einen Zugang zum Balkon durch die Küche oder wenn ihr sportlich seid durchs Fenster. (;
Alles in allem eine traumhafte, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit Blick über Graz und viiel Platz. :)

The apartment is on the 10th floor, with a three-sided terrace (north, east, west).
The 12sqm kitchen faces east, the 24sqm living room faces west. Bathroom (7sqm) and toilet are separated. There is also a storage room and pantry.
The room is 17 sqm. The balcony is accessable through the kitchen or the window^^ All in all a wonderful, light-flooded apartment with a view over Graz and a lot of space :)
Unsere Wohnung ist im Bezirk Gries. Die Busstation der Linien 31,32,33,40 befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Jakominiplatz sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ums Eck befindet sich ein Billa, mehrere Kebabläden ;) und eine Apotheke. Das Roseggerhaus, der Griesplatz und der Citypark sind 5 Minuten, der Augartenpark 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Our apartment is located in Gries. The bus station for the lines 31, 32, 33, 40 is right outside the front door. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Jakominiplatz. Around the corner there is a Billa, several kebab shops;) and a pharmacy. The Roseggerhaus, Griesplatz and the Citypark are 5 minutes away, the Augartenpark 10 minutes away on foot.
Wir sind eine lustige und feierlaunige WG (aber keine klassische PartyWG ;)) und suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, welche sich gerne ins WG Leben einbringt. Wir sind derzeit eine Frau und zwei Männer. Daher werden Frauen bevorzugt. (Spieleabende, Kochen, Fortgehen...)

We are a funny and party friendly shared flat (but not too much party ;)) We are looking for a flatmate who would love to be part of our flat. Currently we are a women and two guys. As to keep a balance we would prefer a female. We are doing some activities together from time to time like game nights, cooking or going out.
