Das lichtdurchflutete möbilierte WG-Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit: Einzelbett (mit Staufächer), Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, ein großer Kleiderschrank, Regal, Fernseher, Teppich und Hängeregal.
Das heißt, du brauchst dich nicht um Möbel kümmern. Da die Möbeln teil des WG Inventars sind, ist auch keine Ablöse erforderlich.
In der WG ist eine geräumige Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke vorhanden. Im Bad befindet sich WC, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Dank 2 Wäscheständer gibt es auch kein Platz-Problem wenn 2 Leute nacheinander ihre Wäsche waschen. Kleines Extra: Es gibt eine Klimmzugstange in der Küchen-Tür, also falls wieder ein Lockdown kommen sollte, lässt sich auch super zu Hause sportln ;-)
Spar und Billa sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Bushaltestelle Richtung Jakominiplatz ist keine 100m vom Haus entfernt.

The light-flooded, fully furnished room is equipped with: single bed (with storage compartments), desk with office chair, a large wardrobe, shelf, TV, carpet and hanging shelf.
That means you don't have to worry about furniture. Since the furniture is part of the WG inventory, no fee is required.
The flat share has a spacious kitchen with a comfortable seating area. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Thanks to 2 drying racks, there is no space problem if 2 people wash their laundry one after the other. Little extra: There is a pull-up bar in the kitchen door, so if a lockdown should come again, you can also do good sport training at home ;-)
Spar and Billa can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, and the bus stop in the direction of Jakominiplatz is less than 100m away from the house.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Roberto (32, Aushilfslehrer aus Spanien), Harris (24, IT-Masterstudent aus Bosnien) und Torben (28, arbeitet in einer Tankstelle, aus Deutschland).
Wir quatschen gern miteinander und gelegentlich gehen wir auch gemeinsam wo hin, haben aber auch genauso unserere ruhigen Tage, wo wir mehr Zeit in unseren Zimmern verbringen.
