Hallo!
ich gehe für ein Semester nach Frankreich und vergebe daher wird mein Zimmer frei in unserer netten Studenten WG. Ich suche jemanden der fix von Jänner bis Juni/Juli ein Zimmer braucht. Es besteht auf jeden Fall die Möglichkeit bis Oktober zu bleiben und vielleicht auch länger. Die Wohnung ist ein renovierter Altbau mit großer Wohnküche, Bad mit Badewanne und getrennter Toilette. Die Lage ist superzentral, gleich neben dem Kunsthaus.
In unserer WG wird gern gemeinsam gekocht und bei einem Gläschen Wein oder einer Tasse Tee zusammengesessen. Du wirst die Wohnung mit Johannes, einem sportlichen Physikstudenten und Pizzabäcker, Nelin - kreative Masterstudentin im Fach Psychologie und Rosina - fast fertige Jusstudentin teilen. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Couch und einem E-piano wenn du willst), in der Wohnung ist eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler. Der Preis für die Miete inkludiert schon alle Kosten (Strom, Heizung, Internet etc.). Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht!

Hey! I will do a semester abroad in France and therefore a room in our students-shared-apartment will be available. I am looking for someone who needs a room from January to June/July - for sure there is the opportunity to stay until october and maybe even longer. The apartment is in a newly renovated old building with a big kitchen/living room, bathroom with tub and seperated toilet. It is located in the very center - just beside the Kunsthaus.
We like to cook together or talk over a glass of wine or a cup of tea. You will live with Johannes a sporty Physicsstudent, Nelin a creative masterstudent in Psychology and Rosina who is about to finish her studies in law. The room is equipped with a bed, cupboard, desk, sofa and an e-piano (if you want haha). in the apartment there is a washing machine and a dishwasher. The price für the rent includes all the additional costs (electricity, heating, internet etc. ) Looking forward to hearing from you!
