Das Zimmer ist ca. 14,5 qm groß und schön ruhig, da es in Richtung Hof ausgerichtet ist. Außerdem ist es durch die Südlage immer lichtdurchflutet. Es befindet sich in einer Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken im 2.Stock. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 86qm groß und besteht aus drei Zimmern, dem Bad und einer großen Wohnküche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf den Balkon, der ebenfalls Richtung Süden liegt.
The room has a size of about 14.5 m2 and is very quiet since it is oriented to the courtyard. Because of the window to the south, it is also well-lit. Our flat which is an old building with high ceilings has a size of 86 m2 and consists of three rooms, a bathroom, and a large kitchen with a cosy seating area. The kitchen has a balcony which is also directed to the south.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen zwischen Griesplatz und Augarten, daher haben wir eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
vor der Haustür.
The flat is located at a central area between Griesplatz and Augarten, featuring both a good connection to the public transport and plenty shopping opportunities.
David kommt aus Deutschland und studiert Elektrotechnik-Toningenieur, Vlad ist aus Rumänien und studiert Computer Science. In der WG sprechen wir deutsch und englisch.
Wenn du Lust hast, dich am WG-Leben zu beteiligen, z.B. gelegentlich miteinander zu kochen, zu musizieren oder einfach ein Gläschen Wein zu trinken, dann ist das um so besser.
Dave is from Germany and is studying Electronic Engineering and Audio Engineering, Vlad is from Romania and a Computer Science student.
Sometimes we like to cook together, make music, or just have a glass of wine. It would be cool if you enjoy that, too.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates Kellerabteil mit Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, sowie einen Abstellraum. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Internet, Strom und Heizkosten sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

The flat has a separate compartment in the basement including a place to put your bike. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Internet, electricity and heating are included in the utilities.
