Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein gemütliches Altbauzimmer. Momentan steht ein eigenes Badezimmer zur Verfügung, da wir momentan zu dritt, statt zu viert sind. Es gibt einen Party/Freizeitraum, einen Waschraum und einen großen Innenhof.
Ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und zwei Regale sind Eigentum des Wohnheim und können somit kostenfrei übernommen werden.
Das Wohnheim ist ca. 500 Meter vom Kunsthaus entfernt und 700 Meter vom Hauptplatz, also der Innenstadt. Lend- und Griesplatz sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und ein Billa befindet sich direkt in der Straße.
Wir machen regelmäßig WG Abende an denen wir meist Kochen und Spiele spielen. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit und haben einen rotierenden Putzplan.
