I'm looking for someone to take my room as I'm moving out.
It is available up from beginning of November.
Ideal for short term.
The room as the flat are entirely fournished, there's everything you need.
There's also a place to store bycicles in the building.
The flat is right next to Kunsthaus, 2min walk to the tram stop, 15min walk to the train station (or 5min by tram), close to the city center, hospital, all shops and parks.
Perfect location and very quiet.
You will be living with Julia, she's in home office at the moment, working as a project leader.
We are looking for a someone who knows how to live in a flatshare, respects others (cleans, tidy...) and doesn't mind when some friends are visiting.
The rent is 400€ all included.
