are you searching for a super cheap apartment close to the city center in Graz?
Here it is :-) It's a shared apartment and you have your fully furnished private room to be closed separately. If you are an Erasmus student, intern, or full-time employee - that's perfect. You just can arrive with your luggage in Graz. The apartment provides everything else that's required for living.
Your room has:
- bed incl. mattress
- desk and desk chair
- own flat TV with several TV channels
- WiFi Internet access
- cabinet
- bookshelf
In the bathroom, of course, there is a washing machine provided. The kitchen furnished with a dishwasher and a fridge.
Currently 2 young professionals are sharing this apartment.
The price is 310 EUR in total. 250EUR rent + 60EUR additional costs. (electricity, internet, rent, heating, warm water, etc.)
Deposit is 500 EUR only.

Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
bist du auf der Suche nach einer unkomplizierte WG, bist du hier genau richtig. Komplett möbliertest Zimmer, separat abzuschließen. Im Zimmer hast du ein Bett, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal und Schreibtisch mit -sessel und Fernseher.
Du kannst einfach mit deinem Handgebäck nach Graz kommen und in dein Zimme einziehen.
Natürlich mit vollwertiger Küche inkl. Kühlschrank und Geschirrspühler. Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Gesamtmiete ist all inklusive 310 EUR: 250€ Miete + 60€ (Internet, Strom und Heizung). Es kommen wirklich keine zusätzlichen Kosten mehr dazu!
Kaution beträgt nur 500 EUR.

A bus station is located in front of the apartment. The line proceeds directly to the universities /Jakomiplatz.
Supermarket: Billa and Spar just 5min walk.
Oeverseepark is great for beach volleyball, basketball and running.

Für Studierende ideal, weil der Bus direkt vor dem Haus fährt. Bus fährt über den Jakominiplatz direkt zu den vier großen Unis. Zu Fuß erreichst du auch in 10min den Hauptplatz. 15min zum Lendplatz. Also sehr zentrumsnahe.
In total, 2 young professionals live there. Currently all male, but the shared apartment can be also mixed.
Everyone has a different daily schedule.

Derzeit leben vier männliche Bewohner im Apartment. Wir würden uns auch sehr freuen, wenn wir eine weibliche neue Bewohner begrüßen dürfen. Es ist überhaupt nicht fix, dass es eine reine Männer WG ist.

Wenn du sehr schnell und unkompliziert eine Wohnung suchst, bist du hier genau richtig. Alles bereits vorhanden. Und wie du siehst, ist dein Zimmer auch möbliert. Wie am Foto zu erkennen, bleiben alle Möbel inkl. Fernseher im Zimmer.
