Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß. Es verfügt über ein Bett und einen Kleiderschrank. Da die Wohnung in einem Altbau ist sind die Raüme über 3 Meter hoch verfügt aber über ein modernes Heizsystem wodurch die Räume im Winter angenehm warm sind.
Zusätzlich stehen dir eine gemütliche Küche mit Essbereich, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und natürlich ein WC zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer und das WC sind getrennt, was in einer WG sehr praktisch sein kann.
The room has 14m². A bed and a wardrobe are included with the room. The apartment is in an older building and terefore the rooms are at least 3 metres tall. In addition, a modern heating system provides a pleasant warmth during the winter months. Furthermore, the apartment has a kitchen with an dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The bathroom and the restroom are seperate rooms which is highly convinient in a shared apartment.
Das Haus liegt in der Ecke Rösselmühlgasse/Dreihackengasse, also direkt neben dem Rösselmühlpark.
Der Griesplatz, der über mehrere Haltestellen öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel verfügt, ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zusätzlich erreicht man in 10 bis 15 Gehminuten weitere Haupthaltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, die auch zentrale Punkte des Lebens in Graz sind wie den Hauptplatz, den Jakominiplatz und den Südtirolerplatz.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über moderne Fenster, wodurch eine Lärmbelastung bei geschlossenen Fenstern praktisch
nicht vorhanden ist.
The building the apartment is located in is directly opposite of the Rösselmühlpark (a small park in the city).
The Griesplatz (=Gries Square), which provides access to the public transport system, is only a two minutes' walk away. Additional main stations of the trams and buslines, which also are key places of the public life are just a 10-15 minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the ground floor (BE)/ first floor (AE) and ist equipped with modern windows, which minimise i.e. nearly negate all noise from the street.
In der WG wird gerne mal zusammen entspannt, gekocht oder etwas unternommen. Gleichzeitig hat trotzdem jeder die Privatsphäre die er benötigt und wir nehmen sehr aufeinander Rücksicht z.B. falls Prüfungen oder andere wichtige Termine anstehen.
We enjoy relaxing or cooking together and sometimes we do other activities together or just roam the city together. On the other hand, it is important to us to give everyone the privacy they need espescially if exams or other important dates are coming up.
Die Gesamtmiete (inkl. Strom, Betriebskosten, Internet etc.) beträgt 320€/Monat.
