Mitbewohner:in für 2er WG in der Innenstadt gesucht! [ab August]
Wir sind eine kleine, feine 2er WG in der Sackstraße/Schlossbergplatz, mit super Öffi- Anbindung.
Im Hinterhof haben wirs schön ruhig und im Sommer bleibt es angenehm kühl in der Wohnung.
Durch die hohen Räume (3,8m) wirkt die 60m² Wohnung noch größer.
Zu deinen Privaträumen gehören ein 12m² Zimmer und ein 4m² Büro. Die Möbel darin (Bett, Sofa, weiße Kommode, Schreibtisch) können bei Bedarf abgelöst werden, ist aber kein Muss.
Die Gemeinschaftsflächen sind ein 4m² Bad (mit Waschmaschine), eine 10m² Küche (voll ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler), und ein 8m² Vorzimmer mit darüberliegendem Stauraum.
Ein paar Schränke in der Küche und dem Bad und die Waschmaschine müssten abgelöst werden für insgesamt ca. 110€.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf 347€ inkl. Strom, Heizung, WLAN und Versicherungen.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Elli (25) teilen, die Anglistik/Amerikanistik und Digitale Geisteswissenschaften im Master studiert. Uns ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig, bei dem man z.B. hin und wieder gemeinsam kocht oder einen Filmabend macht, sich aber auch zurückziehen kann, wenn man will. :)

Looking for a roommate in a shared flat starting in August!
We are a small, shared flat of 2 right in the city centre (Sackstraße/Schlossbergplatz) with great access to public transport.
Since the flat is facing the backyard, it is quiet and cool in the summer, and the high ceiling (3.8 m) makes the 60 m² flat appear even bigger.
Your private rooms are a 12m² room and a 4m² office. You can buy the furniture (bed, sofa, white cupboard, desk) if you want to, or you can have an empty room if you already have your own stuff.
The common areas are a 4m² bathroom (incl. washing machine), a 10m² kitchen (fully furnished incl. dishwasher) and an 8m² entrance including storage space.
We'd ask you to share the cost of some of the furniture in the kitchen and the bathroom (cupboards and the washing machine), which would be around 110€.
The total monthly rent is 347€ (incl. electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and insurance).
You would share the flat with Elli (25), who's doing a double master's degree in English and digital humanities. Ideally, we're looking for a flatmate who's up for spending some time together (like cooking together or having movie nights occasionally), but you can of course always stay in your room if you need some alone time. :)
