Wir suchen für unsere 4er-WG (1 M, 1 W, 1 nicht-binär) in der Leonhardstraße ein*e Mitbewohner*in ab Anfang November.
Zur Wohnung + Zimmer:
Die Miete beträgt alles inklusive (w-lan, strom, etc.) 285 Euro im Monat; die Kaution liegt bei €200. Die Wohnung ist zweistöckig (oben 2 Zimmer, unten 2 Zimmer), liegt über einem Restaurant und ist ein Altbau.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und liegt südseitig. Die Ablöse für die Möbel (Schreibtisch, Ikearegal, weiße Kommode, Wohnwand, Bücherregal, Bett inkl. Matratze, Couch) beträgt 300 Euro.
Zur Lage:
Die Karl-Franzens-Uni ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die Kunstuni liegt direkt daneben und die TU ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien-Haltestellen 1 und 7 liegen fast direkt vor der Haustür und Haltestellen zu den Buslinien 63 und 64 sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zum Zusammenleben:
Idealerweise suchen wir ein*e Mitbewohner*in, die auch langfristiger bleiben möchte. Wir sind eine internationale WG – manche von uns sprechen Deutsch, manche nur Englisch.

We’re looking for a new flatmate for our 4 people flatshare (1x M, 1xW, 1x non-binary) in the inner city from November 1st.
About the flat + the room:
The rent is 285 € per month (wifi, electricity, all inclusive); the deposit is €200. The flat is part of an older building, located above a restaurant and has 2 levels. The room is located on the south side and comes fully furnished (desk, Ikea shelf, white dresser, bookshelf, bed incl mattress, and couch) for a transfer fee of €300.
About the location:
The flat is just 5 minute walk from Karl-Franzens-Uni, 1 min from Kunstuni and about 15 minutes from TU. The tram station is almost right in front of the house and the busstation is within a two minutes walking distance.
About our communal living:
Ideally, we’re looking for a flatmate in staying for the long term. We’re an international flatshare, some of us speak German, some only speak English.
