Wir suchen für unsere 4er-WG (2x W, 1 nicht-binär) in der Leonhardstraße ein*e Mitbewohner*in ab dem 1.Mai zur Zwischenmiete bis zum 31.07.
Zur Wohnung + Zimmer:
Die Miete beträgt alles inklusive (WLAN, Strom, etc.) 300 Euro im Monat; die Kaution liegt bei €500. Die Wohnung ist zweistöckig (oben 2 Zimmer, unten 2 Zimmer), liegt über einem Restaurant und ist ein Altbau.
Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert (Schreibtisch, Regal, Couch).
Zur Lage:
Die Karl-Franzens-Uni ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, die Kunstuni liegt direkt daneben und die TU ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnlinien-Haltestellen 1 und 7 liegen fast direkt vor der Haustür und Haltestellen zu den Buslinien 63 und 64 sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zum Zusammenleben:
Wir suchen ein*e Mitbewohner*in für 3 Monate. Wir sind eine internationale WG – wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Nepali und Hindi. Maja ist selbstständig in der Musikindustrie. Yelina macht einen phD in Biologie. Vartika macht einen phD in Astrophysik - wir sind ein ziemlich diverser Haufen. =)

We’re looking for a temporary flatmate for our 4 people flatshare (2xW, 1x non-binary) in the inner city for 3 months (May 1st - July 31st).
About the flat + the room:
The rent is 300 € per month (wifi, electricity, all inclusive); the deposit is €500. The flat is part of an older building, located above a restaurant and has 2 levels. The room comes partly furnished (desk, shelf, and couch).
About the location:
The flat is just 5 minute walk from Karl-Franzens-Uni, 1 min from Kunstuni and about 10 minutes from TU. The tram station is almost right in front of the house and the bus station is within a two minutes walking distance.
About our communal living:
We’re looking for a flatmate staying for 3 months. We’re an international flatshare, we speak German, English, Hindi, and Nepali. Maja is self-employed & works in the music industry. Vartika is doing a phD in Astrophysics. Yelina is doing a phD in biology. We're a pretty diverse bunch.
