Because Judith will unfortunately leave us due to major life changes (another city, study again, new job), a small, very cozy room becomes available in our beautiful shared apartment, which we want to rent on a long-term basis.
Our lovely WG is located in the heart of Graz - our living room faces directly to the main square. :)
The room is rather small, but has all the prerequisites to feel completely comfortable in it. It is very practical cut, so that a large bed (1.40x2m) and a desk with box fit well in without feeling cramped in the room. The large window faces a private alley, so it is quiet at night and you can sleep well with the window open in the summer. Also, there is a wardrobe in the hallway, directly across from the room, where you can put your clothes. The room will be handed over furnished if possible, but we can talk about it again :)
In addition to your room, the WG also has a very large living room (40m²) - where we spend most of the time - as well as bathroom, kitchen and two separate toilets.
The apartment really couldn't be more centrally located. We live directly on the main square with all train lines right outside the door, so you are everywhere in no time. The Schlossberg is only a few minutes walk away and you don't have to walk far for a walk along the Mur. In addition, there are many nice cafes right outside the front door and you can always find your way back home after a few beers. :) To the KF and TU it is about 10 min. by bike and also to the main station you need only a few minutes with the Bim.
We have always loved spending time together and would be very happy if you become part of our little WG family and carry on the vibe. :) We like to cook and eat together, drink a beer or wine from time to time, play board games or watch Netflix. But at the same time we try to communicate our wishes among each other and give everyone their space.
Eben is currently living here, Caro will move in end of August (instead of Resi) as well and Steffi is currently coming back from her Erasmus semester abroad so the WG life will be designed new and since meeting new people is allways adventurous this means interesting times are up and coming.
In the flat we speak German and English but since some of our native English speakers are still struggling with Austrian dialects we prefer English in group conversations. ;)
The room will be available from now on but we can discuss the exact move-in date. :)
