wir hätten zwei Zimmer zur Untermiete in unserer WG zu vergeben.
Mein Zimmer geht zum ruhigen und grünen Hinterhof raus. Im Laufe des Tages scheint dir die gemütliche Abendsonne durch das große Fenster und ist daher auch sehr hell. Persönliche Gegenstände werden natürlich aus dem Zimmer geräumt und alle Möbel können gerne benutzt werden. Wäre super lieb, wenn du ab und an mal in meiner Abwesenheit nach meinen Pflanzen schauen könntest :D

My room faces the quiet and green backyard. During the day, the cozy evening sun shines into your room and therefore its also very bright. Of course I'll take all my personal stuff out and everything you see can be used. It would be nice if you could pay a little attention to my plants in my absence :D

A good way to spend the summer together in Graz!
Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen dem Jakominiplatz und dem Hauptplatz - also sehr zentral. Man erreicht die Innenstadt in 2 Minuten zu Fuß und auch die nächste BIM Station ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Jakominiplatz ist auch der zentrale Umsteigepunkt, von hier aus kommt man also überall hin.
Auch mit dem Rad ist eigentlich alles innerhalb 10 -15 Minuten erreichbar (FH, Uni, Parks, ... ). Gleich um die Ecke findet man Spar und Billa.

The apartment is located exactly between Jakominiplatz and Hauptplatz - so very central. You can reach the city center in 2 minutes on foot and the nearest BIM station is only a 5-minute walk away. Jakominiplatz is also the central transfer point, so from here you can get everywhere.
Also by bike everything is actually within 10 -15 minutes (FH, university, parks, ... ). Just around the corner you will find Spar and Billa.
Da im Sommer viele unterwegs sind, ist es noch unklar, wer wann und wie oft in der WG sein wird. Aber eins kann ich schon mal sagen: Das Zusammenleben in der Raubergasse ist sehr entspannt und harmonisch. Wir sind eine sehr gesellige WG, kochen zusammen, spielen, feiern oder schauen auch gerne mal gemütlich einen Film im Wohnzimmer. Wenn einem der Trubel mal zuviel ist, kann man sich natürlich auch immer ausklinken. Ich bin mir sicher, du wirst dich mit allen gut verstehen :)

As most of us will not be in Graz during the summer it is still not clear who will be in the flat when and how long. But one thing I can say : Living together in Raubergasse is very chilled and easy. We are a quiet sociable flat share, like we cook or go out together, play games, or watch a movie in the cozy living room. But if you need a break, of course you can always release and get your rest. I am pretty sure you will get along well with everyone :)
Wir suchen eine ordentliche und verantwortungsbewusste Person, die sich über den Sommer gut um die Wohnung kümmert. Was das Datum angeht, die Möbel und vieles mehr, bin ich sehr offen alles flexibel abzusprechen.
