Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat 2 Fenster und ist sehr gemütlich.
Es ist bereits bezieh-fertig eingerichtet. In deinem Zimmer findest du ein Hochbett, einen großen Schrank sowie eine (ausziehbare) Couch mit einem Beistelltisch und einen Schreibtisch (+ Schreibtischsessel), welche i.d. Miete schon dabei sind.
Die Wohnung besteht außerdem aus einem Vorzimmer, einer Küche mit Essbereich + Speisekammer und einem Bad mit Waschmaschine, sowie einem separaten WC.
Außerdem findest du noch einen eigenen Kellerabteil, z.B. f. dein Fahrrad.
Your room has a lot of light coming from 2 big windows and it is very cozy.
It is ready to move in! You have a bunk-bed, a couch (that has also a bed-function), a big closet as well as a desk (+ a chair), which are already included in the rent.
The apartment has a entry-room, a kitchen with dining area + pantry, a bathroom with a washingmashine and a separate toilet.
We also have a basement, where you can store e.g. your bike.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral! Der Jakomini- sowie Dietrichsteinplatz liegen regelrecht 1 Minute entfernt.
Alle Unis sind schnell mit den Öffis/ mit dem Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar. (z.B. TU in 10 min zu Fuß)
The apartment is located in a very central area. The Jakomini- and Dietrichsteinplatz are just one minute away by foot.
You can get very quick to all universities taking the public transport / by bike / by foot. (e.g. the technical university of Graz is just a 10 minute walk away)
Die Wohnung liegt trotz zentraler Lage in einer ruhigen Seitengasse.
Ich - deine Mitbewohnerin - bin Lehramt-Studentin, 22 Jahre alt, und würde mich als ruhige, aber sehr gesellige Person beschreiben und würde mich über eine nette Mitbewohnerin freuen, welche Sauberkeit auch so schätzt wie ich und eventuell auch einmal gerne mit einer Tasse Tee in der Küche plaudert.
