Da ich im Februar ein Praktikum mache vermiete ich mein Zimmer in diesem Zeitraum unter. Das Zimmer ist groß, sehr hell (von Vormittags bis Nachmittags Sonne) und sehr gemütlich. Es ist vom Schreibtisch über Bett und einer bequemen Sitzecke alles Vorhanden. Es ist sehr ruhig, da das Haus an einer kaum befahrenen Straße liegt. Es gibt in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine und eine gemütliche, voll eingerichtete Wohnküche. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn jemand das Zimmer nutzt, da es einfach ein Wohlfühlort ist.
Because I am going to do an internship abroad, my lovely room will be free in February. The room is very big, bright (there is direct sun from in the morning up to the afternoon) and very comfy. It is equipped with everything you need, there is a desk, a bed and a comfortable lounch. The room isvery quite, because the house is next to a street with few traffic. You can find in the flat all you need, there is a washing machine, and a fully equipped combined kitchen and livingroom. So if you are interested just let me know :)
Das Zimmer liegt in der Nähe der TU Rechbauernstraße. Ein Spar und die Bim sind in einer Minute erreichbar. Zum Stadtpark brauchst du circa 2 Minuten.
The room is close to the technical university at Rechbauernstraße. Thereis a Spar and a tramway station within one minute walking from the flat. To get to the central park of Graz you need like 2 minutes walking.
Wir sind eine offene und entspannte WG, in der wir gerne einmal in der Küche zusammensitzen oder zusammen kochen. Wenn du aber Lust hast, dich zurückzuziehen, dann wird auf alle Fälle Privatsphäre hoch geschätzt. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig,jeder macht seine Sachen sauber!
We are open and relaxed people, who love to sit together in the kitchen, chat and have a glass of tea or wine or cook together. But if you are in the mood of me-time, then everybody respects your privacy. Tidiness is important to us, everybody takes care of the mess he or she produces.
Es würde mich sehr freuen,wenn jemand mein schönes Zimmer im Februar gut gebrauchen könnte!
