Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und ist Teil einer wunderschönen Wohnung mit großer Küche und und großem Wohnzimmer. Großer Bonus dieser Wohnung: die phänomenale Dachterrasse mit Blick über Graz.
The room is about 16 sqm and on fifth floor (no elevator). We have a big kitchen and living room. The best thing about our apartment is the huge rooftop terrace that we have.
Die Lage ist Top! Direkt neben dem Jakominiplatz liegt die Wohnung zentral und durch den Jakominiplatz ist die Anbindung an andere Grazer Stadteile super. Der Augarten (ein wunderschöner Park an der Mur) liegt 3 min Fußweg entfernt und der nächste Sparr (Supermarkt) ebenso. Auch der nächste Hofer ist nicht viel weiter weg.
The Location is perfect! It's located in the city center right next to Jakominiplatz (a big tram and bus stop from which you can reach every part of the city easily). A beautiful PARC is next to the apartment and also.supermarkets are very close.
In der Wohnung bleiben Dzenita, Federica und Doruk im Alter von 24 bis 28 Jahre. Wir studieren und/oder arbeiten. Wir sind alle viel beschäftigt, dank unserer tollen Küche treffen wir uns jedoch immer mal wieder dort. Wir sprechen in der Wohnung Englisch.
In this apartment stay Dzenita, Federica and Doruk between 24 and 28 years old. We study and/or work. From time to time we meet in our beautiful kitchen for a chat or to cook together. We speak English in our apartment so if you don't speak German that isn't a problem.
Die WG ist wirklich schön. Die warmen Grazer Nächte auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick über Graz sind definitiv einmalig.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du uns erzählst, was dir am Zusammenleben wichtig ist.
Da die Wohnung im 5. OG ohne Lift ist, werde ich die Möbel gegen eine Abschlagszahlung da lassen. Die Ablöse für die Möbel im Zimmer beträgt 600€ und umfasst den Kleiderschrank, das Bett, die Ikeastühle, die Regale, den Schreibtisch und ein Sofa und einen Wohnzimmertisch. Letztere sind noch nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen, weil ich sie vor kurzem gekauft habe.
This apartment is unique. You won't forget the warm summer nights on the roof top terrace with a view around Graz.
We'd be happy to hear from you what are your expectations from living with other people.
Since it's in the 5th floor without elevator, I will leave furniture in the apartment (bed, closet, chairs, desk, cupboards and a sofa and a small table for the couch. The latter two I've recently bought) and the compensation payment would be 600€.
