Die Dusche und das WC werden von 4 Personen geteilt, jeder kocht in seinem eigenen Zimmer.Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die Sie einfach benutzen können.

The room is fully furnished with bed, working table, eating table, closet, chairs, a sink, cooking stoves, microwaves.
The rent price is 235€. Utility charges are 50€/month. The flat is on top floor.
The shower and the toilet is shared for 4 people, you cook in your own room.
There is also a washing machine shared which you can easily use.
Shops like Billa, Spar, Tedi, dm are all in the vicinity and can be easily reached on foot (5mins)

5 Minuten zu Fuß nach Jakomini.
Geschäfte wie Billa, Spar, Tedi, dm sind alle in der Nähe und können leicht zu Fuß erreicht werden (5 Minuten).
Es wohnen bereits 4 Personen in der Wohnung. Drei von ihnen sind Studenten. Sie sind alle sehr nett und sehr kooperativ.
Ich bin berüfstatig und arbeite in Graz.
Es gibt auch einen Garten im Erdgeschoss, in dem Sie das schöne sonnige Wetter genießen können.
