Mein Mitbewohner zieht aus, ich, also Franz, kümmere mich um die Abwicklung.
Zimmer liegt auf der Nordseite RIchtung Jakominiplatz, kühler im Sommer und kühler im Winter.
Es gibt jeweils 2 Bäder und 2 Toiletten, direkte Aufteilung gibt es nicht, jede/r so, wie man es braucht :)
Möbel, wenn möglich, sollten alle übernommen werden, danke!

My roommate is moving out, I, Franz, take care of the processing.
Room is located facing Jakominiplatz, therefore cooler in summer and cooler in winter.
There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, there is no direct distribution, each as you need it :)
Furniture, if possible, should all be taken over, thank you!

They are all very open, but if possible, we don't want a "purpose shared flat", do something together more often (cook, go out, chat in the kitchen,...)
Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion, Staubsauger, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Sodastream & hochwertige Kaffeemaschine sind alles in der Wohnung vorhanden :)
Aufgabenaufteilung läuft über die App "Flatastic", Einkaufszettel über "Bring" und Finanzen über "Splitwise"
