Dank der doppelten Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig und verfügt über eine schöne Aussicht auf den Dietrichsteinplatz. – ein perfekter Rückzugsort für dich. Das Zimmer ist bereits vollständig möbeliert und kann nach Vorlieben etwas angepasst werden (Details können dann noch besprochen werden ^^)
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 26.02. verfügbar, aber über den Einzugstermin kann man gerne reden ^^

Here we offer you a bright and cozy room in our well-insulated, renovated old building, located on Dietrichsteinplatz. The room is 13,5 m² large and fully furnished. The room is very quiet thanks to the double windows and has a beautiful view of Dietrichsteinplatz - the perfect place of retreat for you. The room is already fully furnished and can be slightly arranged according to your preferences (further details can be discussed ^^)

Wir sind Liz (22), Daniel (27) und Lilly(22) und studieren alle Psychologie im Bachelor. Da wir gut befreundet sind unternehmen wir gerne mal was gemeinsam, es ist also keine zweckmäßige WG. Wir freuen uns auf eine offene Person, der/die Lust auf ein entspanntes WG-Leben hat. Brauchst du mal Zeit für dich, wird das natürlich auch respektiert :)

We are Liz (22), Daniel (27) and Lilly (22) and are all studying psychology for our bachelor's degrees. As we are good friends, we like to do things together, so it's not a functional shared flat :). We are looking forward to someone open-minded, who wants to live in a relaxed shared flat. If you need time for yourself, this will of course be respected :)
