Schweren Herzens gebe ich mein schönes Zimmer in der Klosterwiesgasse weiter. Aber ich bin froh, dass es schon bald von einem neuen Besitzer oder einer neuen Besitzerin genossen werden kann. Unsere Wohnung ist eine gemütliche Maisonette Wohnung mit 2 Stockwerken. In jedem Stockwerk gibt es ein Bad und eine Toilette, wodurch man sich auch bei 4 Leuten kaum in die Quere kommt. Im unteren Bereich sind 2 Zimmer, die von Bea und Ines bewohnt werden. Dein Zimmer befindet sich im oberen Stock und hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon.
Im Wohn- und Esszimmer erwartet dich eine offene Küche mit Cerankochfeld, 2 Kühlschränken und einem Geschirrspüler. Es gibt zwei Balkone, unten befindet sich ein kleiner Balkon und oben gelangst du über die beiden Zimmer auf den größeren Balkon. Dort kannst du gut Sonne tanken und auf dem oberen Balkon hast du einen Blick zum Schlossberg.
Dein Zimmer ist ca 12m2 groß mit Ausblick in den wunderschönen Innenhof, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist. Man hört keine Fahrzeuge, lediglich ein paar Vögel zwitschern. Das Zimmer ist super gemütlich und man kann vom Zimmer aus wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten.
Der Schreibtisch würde im Zimmer bleiben und kann kostenlos übernommen werden, auch Kleiderschrank, Spiegel und Nachttisch können kostenlos übernommen werden. Für die Übernahme von neuen Möbeln im Wohnzimmer und der Waschmaschine, würde ich noch 100€ zusätzlich verlangen.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.4.2024 frei.

It is with a heavy heart that I am passing on my beautiful room in Klosterwiesgasse. But I'm happy that it will soon be enjoyed by a new owner. Our apartment is a cozy maisonette with 2 floors. There is a bathroom and a toilet on each floor, so even with 4 people you hardly get in each other's way. There are 2 rooms on the lower floor, which are occupied by Bea and Ines. Your room is located on the upper floor and has its own access to the balcony.
In the living and dining room you will find an open kitchen with ceramic hob, 2 fridges and a dishwasher. There are two balconies, a small balcony downstairs and access to the larger balcony via the two rooms upstairs. There you can soak up the sun and on the upper balcony you have a view of the Schlossberg.
Your room is approx. 12m2 in size with a view of the beautiful inner courtyard, which makes it very quiet. You won't hear any vehicles, just a few birds chirping. The room is super cozy and you can watch beautiful sunsets from the room.
The desk would remain in the room and can be taken over free of charge, also wardrobe, mirror and bedside table can be taken over free of charge. I would charge an additional €100 to take over new furniture in the living room and the washing machine.

Die Lage der WG ist super. Du erreichst den Jakominiplatz in ca. 5 Gehminuten, wenn du dich beeilst vielleicht noch schneller, und die Station Finanzamt in 2, um den Bus oder die Bim zu erreichen :) Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Spar. Ebenfalls ein paar Bars und Restaurants, sowie das Kiz Royal Kino sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Messe erreichst du in 6 Minuten.

The location of the flat is great. You can reach Jakominiplatz in about 5 minutes on foot, maybe even quicker if you hurry, and the Finanzamt station in 2 minutes to catch the bus or tram :) There is a Spar supermarket around the corner. There are also a few bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the Kiz Royal cinema. The trade fair "Messe" can be reached in 6 minutes.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Ines (27), Bea (31). Die dritte Person würde auch neu mit April einziehen.
Bea arbeitet als Regieassistentin am Schauspielhaus und ist eine super aufgeweckte Person. Sie liebt es zu brunchen, wodurch es nicht selten vorkommt, dass sonntags in der WG großartige Frühstückskreationen aufgetischt werden.
Ines ist eine liebe Seele und arbeitet in einem Planungsbüro. Sie ist abends immer für entspannte Gespräche bei einer Tasse Tee auf der Couch zu haben und ist bei jeder Aktivität von Bouldern bis Kochabende dabei.
Wir pflegen ein sehr entspanntes Zusammenleben und kochen auch gerne mal gemeinsam (eigentlich nur vegetarisch). Wir haben eine Gitarre und ein Keyboard in der WG, das von jedem verwendet werden kann. Neben gemeinsamen Aktivitäten genießt jeder auch seine Ruhe, du brauchst nur deine Tür zu schließen.
Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich junge Leute und es gibt ebenfalls andere WGs mit denen gerne zusammen etwas unternommen wird - von Spieleabend, Grillen im Garten, Kroatienurlaub oder wandern ist hier alles dabei. Hierfür gibt es eine Whatsapp Gruppe in der sich die Leute zusammenschreiben.
Wir haben auch einen Putzplan in der WG. Es sollte nicht unordentlich sein, aber einen Putzfimmel haben wir nicht.

Your new flatmates are Ines (27), Bea (31). The third person would also move in with April.
Bea works as an assistant director at the Schauspielhaus and is a super bright person. She loves brunch, so it's not uncommon for great breakfast creations to be served up in the shared flat on Sundays.
Ines is a sweet soul and works in a planning office. She's always up for a relaxed chat over a cup of tea on the couch in the evening and is involved in every activity from bouldering to cooking evenings.
We live a very relaxed life together and enjoy cooking together from time to time (actually only vegetarian). We have a guitar and a keyboard in the shared flat that everyone can use. In addition to shared activities, everyone also enjoys some peace and quiet, you just need to close your door.
There are mainly young people living in the house and there are also other flatmates who enjoy doing things together - from games evenings, barbecues in the garden, vacations in Croatia or hiking, everything is possible here. There is a Whatsapp group for this in which people write to each other.
We also have a cleaning plan in the shared flat. It shouldn't be messy, but we don't have a cleaning obsession.
Wir suchen jemanden der sich gut in das WG Leben integriert und mit dem wir uns gut verstehen. Da wir mittlerweile alle arbeitstätig sind, sind Parties unter der Woche für uns nicht mehr der Hit, aber gegen gemütlich ein Glas Wein am Balkon haben wir nichts einzuwenden. Zu gegebenem Anlass z.B. Geburtstage gab es auch hin und wieder eine kleine WG-Feier. :)
In der WG ist alles vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Kellerabteil und im Innenhof befindet sich ein Bereich, wo man Räder absperren kann.

We are looking for someone who integrates well into our shared flat and with whom we get on well. As we are all working now, parties during the week are no longer a hit for us, but we have no objection to a cozy glass of wine on the balcony. On special occasions, e.g. birthdays, we also have a small flat-share party now and again. :)
Everything is available in the shared flat. There is also a cellar and an area in the courtyard where you can lock up your bikes.
