4er WG sucht eine neue Mitbewohnerin

Das Zimmer wird ab 15.04. frei und ist ca. 20m2 groß. Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben. Die Ablöse wäre 350€ für die ganzen Möbel im Zimmer und es sind dann noch 250€ für die gemeinsamen Möbel in der Wohnung zu zahlen, sonst gibt es keine Kaution und keine Provision.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock ohne Lift (aus diesem Grund wird das Zimmer mobiliert übergeben, so dass es für beide Seiten leichter ist). Bad und WC sind getrennt. Wir haben eine gemütliche, voll ausgestattete Küche/Wohnzimmer. Dazu haben wir noch eine Dachterrasse! Es gibt auch eine gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Grünflächen. Die Kosten für Strom, Heizung und Internet betragen EUR 77,50-- p. Monat.

Bevorzugte Innenstadtlage, zum Jakominiplatz braucht man zu Fuß 3-4 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad 1 Minute. Die TU erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten. Zur KF sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Wir sind sehr entspannte und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerinnen. Alle von uns studieren oder arbeiten, daher sind wir oft beschäftigt. Trotzdem finden wir dank unserer tollen Küche immer wieder Zeit, uns dort zu treffen und gemeinsam zu unterhalten. In der Wohnung wird Englisch und Deutsch gesprochen.

The room is approximately 20 m2 in size and is fully furnished. The room will be free from the 15.04.. The transfer fee for all the furniture in the room would be €350. Additionally, there's a contribution of €250 for the shared furniture in the apartment. There is no deposit or commission required.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator (hence, the room is furnished for convenience). The bathroom and toilet are separate. We have a cozy, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Additionally, we have a rooftop terrace! There are also communal green areas. The monthly costs for electricity, heating, and internet amount to EUR 77,50 per month.

The location is preferred in the city center; it takes 3-4 minutes to walk to Jakominiplatz and 1 minute by bike. The Technical University is only a few minutes' walk away. It's also just a few minutes by bike to the University of Arts. We are very relaxed and uncomplicated roommates. We all study or work, so we are often busy. Nevertheless, thanks to our great kitchen, we always find time to meet and chat. English and German are spoken in the apartment.
