We are 3 people and all students, our 4th flatmate moved out recently so we are looking for a new flatmate.
The flat is in the center, a few minutes away from Jakominiplatz by foot, and close to TU and Kunstuni as well, and just in front of the tram-stop 4/5 ,Steyrergasse. And there is Spar and Billa really close, it takes approximately 20 seconds to go to Spar, and nearby we have Augarten. There are bike parking places all around the block so it is also no problem.
There are 2 rooms that you will be renting when you move in (it is not possible to rent only one, since the other one will be empty otherwise, and we do not want a 5th person in the flat), and 27 m^2 is the total of both. One is comperatively small-which the previous flatmate used as a bedroom-, and the other one is a big one which she used to work and use as a living room.
The rooms are not furnished(maybe partially).
We have gas heating, and we pay a constant amount of money every month for gas and electricity together, and pay more-or get money back at the end of the year depending on how much we used.
2 of us in the flat smoke, but we usually smoke in the kitchen, or balcony, or in our rooms.
