One room 12 square meter. any furniture and dishes can be used and returned as it was. As usual perishables and consumables like food and bewerages, etc are not shared.
I am leaving on a trip, thats why I am subleting. some of my belongings will be there in the room and I will make space for the temporary residence

dont party after 10pm in weekdays
dont full the sink up with a lot of dishes
dont smoke in toilet and bathroom
try to be calm and communicative if there is an issue. My room mates are really cool people.
If there is any damage clean it, fix it or pay for it. depending on whether you puke on the floor or break something
