Ich vermiete mein 20 m² großes Zimmer in einer 4er WG (Altbau) für €300,- warm (Strom, Heizung, WLAN, Kabel-TV,…inkl.). Die Kaution beträgt €300,-.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und kann von 1. August 2016 (bei Bedarf evt. etwas früher) bis 30. November 2016 zwischengemietet werden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Brockmanngasse - 5 min Fußweg zur TU, 6 min zu Dietrichsteinplatz und Jakominiplatz (zentraler Umsteigepunkt für sämtliche öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel). Wenn Interesse besteht kann ich gerne in der Zeit auch mein Rad verleihen - damit schafft man es in 10 min auch zur KF und ins Univiertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in direkter Umgebung.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ca. 90m² groß und besteht aus vier getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, Bad, Küche, Vorraum und einem kleinen Balkon. Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine und alles was man sonst noch braucht ist vorhanden.

I rent my 20 m² room in a shared flat (three other people) for all in all €300,- (electricity, heating, internet, TV is all inclusive). Deposit ist €300,-.
The room is fully furnished and can be rented from 1st of August 2016 (maybe a bit earlier if necessary) till 30th of November 2016.
The flat is very centrally located in Brockmanngasse - 5 minutes walking distance to TU (technical university), 6 minutes to Dietrichsteinplatz and Jakominiplatz (central transfer point of public transport). If there is interest I can lend you my bike during the rental period - thereby you can make it to Karl-Franzens-University within 10 minutes as well! Supermarkets are also nearby.
The flat consists of four rooms (all accessible separately), bathroom, kitchen, corridor and a small balcony. Oven, microwave, dish washer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and everything else you need is already there.
